Our Platform

The 001apps platform, including its AI models, user interface, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by 001apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written consent.

6. Pricing and Payment

By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide notice of material price changes at least 30 days in advance.

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to our Services. However, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We may experience downtime for scheduled maintenance, which we will communicate in advance when possible. We are not responsible for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 001apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 001apps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification clauses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 001apps is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
